Aileron Spars Deburring, Priming (Ailerons)
2.0 Hours

I spent a couple of hours tonight deburring and priming the aileron spars and reinforcing plates. It took a surprisingly long time to debur these things with all of those darn lightening holes.

You can see my labeling system for labeling parts like these reinforcing plates that could easily get confused. I don't like the idea of scribing on the parts themselves, so I write on the plywood that I use for priming. When I flip the plate over, it moves from one square to another.

By the way, I'm ready to start working on the left wing now that the right wing is out of the jig, but I figure I'll go ahead and knock the ailerons out first.
