Misc. Fuselage Drilling

Tonight, I started knocking items off of my pre-disassembly to-do list.

The first item was drilling the F-770 side skins to the F-715 side seat ribs.

Next, I match-drilled the aft row of holes where the center and aft fuselage join.

Then, I used a 1" hole saw to open these holes on both sides that will eventually be the fuel lines.

I also drilled the fuel vent line openings on the bottom of the forward fuse.

I drilled the two fuel vent line openings on the side skins where the lines will enter from the tanks.

Next, I drilled to #12 and countersunk these holes on both sides that sit just under the fuel tank attach brackets.

Flush for this screw...

And finally, I drilled the F-770 side skins to the F-623 ribs.

I made a good dent in the list...
