Drilling, Disassembly, Countersinking, Deburring (Forward Fuselage)

I cleco'd in the F-750 side panels and drilled them to the bulkheads.

Then, I began to carefully mark the skins where holes will or won't be countersunk. As I did this, I pulled out some pieces and marked holes on them as well.

Starting to pull stuff apart...

I marked and drilled holes in these gussets for nutplates. This will later hold a couple of clamps that attach the fuel vent line.

Then, I started deburring and countersinking forward stiffeners and longerons. Not too much to say about this part.

Here's a whole pile of stiffeners ready to be primed tomorrow.
