Canopy Braces/Struts (Canopy)

I removed the frame/skin/brace assembly from the fuselage and drilled the clasps to the braces.

I spent a long time deburring all of the holes in the frame, skin, and braces. I also deburred the edges of all of the braces.

Then I prepped and primed the mating surfaces for the clasps and riveted them in place.

Finally, I started to fabricate the parts for the canopy strut attachments.

After I took that picture, I also drilled the upper holes to full size, match drilled the spacers, and countersunk the screw holes in the main brackets.
