Canopy Molding Sanding (Canopy)

I removed the peel ply from the molding layup.

Then I made a sanding tool with a 4" radius out of 2x4.

I trimmed it a bit to fit more tightly in the space.

The sanding takes a while, but things look pretty good.

I filled the low spots with epoxy/micro.

I'm very pleased with the overall fit of the layup. A few more iterations of sanding and filling should finish up the shape. Then I'll seal it with a few coats of epoxy and do some finish sanding. Finally, I'll prime it.
