The tail light attaches nicely to the rudder bottom tip and bracket. When I go to install this permanently, I'll use some thread locker to prevent the screws from backing out.

I spent some more time sanding the empennage fairing. I'm ready for this thing to be done...

Finally, I fished a length of string through the rudder bottom fairing (for routing wires later) and then riveted it to the rudder. I put a strip of epoxy/flox between the metal and the fiberglass per my usual strategy on these tips.
