Wing Leading Edge Rib Deburring (Wings)

Tonight, I deburred 6 of the 26 leading edge ribs in the wings. These ribs have a series of notches, almost like teeth, around the leading edge curve that have to be individually deburred. I cut strips of Emery cloth and "flossed" in between the teeth.

Otherwise, these ribs are shorter and easier to deal with than the main ribs.

The ribs I did tonight are on the right...

Should be about 6 more hours of work to get the remaining ribs deburred.

Have I mentioned how boring this stuff is?
