Wing Skin Riveting (Wings)

Tonight, Emily gave me another 45 minutes of her time and we finished shooting all of the non-squeezable rivets on the inboard top skin, except for where it overlaps the outboard skin. I had to drill out two of the rivets we did yesterday, but all of the ones we shot tonight were perfect.

After she left the shop, I squeezed the rivets on the inboard-most rib and the rear spar (while laying on my back on a piece of leftover foam!).

Another couple of sessions should finish out the top skins and then the wing can come out of the jig.
