Drilling Baggage Area Floor & Seat Pans, Drilling F-715 Ribs (Center Fuselage)

I cleco'd in the seat pans and the baggage area floor and drilled everything.

Then, I drew a center-line down the bottom flange of the F-715 side seat rib and carefully drilled it to the bottom skin. This rib's joint with the bottom skin has a fairly pronounced curve to it, so I also marked hole locations and fluted it into the curve.
