More Cabin Frame Rollbar Drilling (Cabin Frame)

Today, I finished drilling the other half of the lower strap.

Then I took everything apart, deburred holes, and cleaned out shards.

Then I marked the outer flanges for holes.

I filed the edge of the upper strap and clamped it into position.

Then, I carefully started drilling it to the channels.

This upper strap had much more of a tendency to ride up out of the channel, so it was somewhat slower going, but came out nicely in the end.

Then I took it all apart and deburred holes/edges. I also trimmed the ends of two channel pieces, which get drilled to the assembly next.
