Forward Deck Assembly (Forward Deck)

I started assembling the subpanel and its ribs.

I made these two ribs from a piece of channel per the plans.

I trimmed the end of this rib per the plans.

I drilled the F-768C seal support to the F-768A center subpanel, but didn't take a picture. You can see it later on.

Then, I fabricated the first F-768D seal support angle.

Here it is drilled to the F-768B-R outboard sub-panel.

Then I made and drilled the left F-768D seal support angle. These don't look like much...but they took a lot of work to fabricate.

Here's the instrument panel cleco'd to the subpanel assembly for fun.
