Over lunch, I disassembled the VS and started deburring holes. I finished the rear spar doubler and the rear spar. I still need to debur the front spar, the skin, and all of the ribs in addition to edge-prepping the spars and skin. I do think that the spots I scratched should be primed. I'm debating whether to prime the insides of the skins where they mate to spars and ribs. Everyone seems to have a different opinion of how much primer is the right amount. Do I only prime mating surfaces? Do I prime every rib and spar completely? I have to think about this. The easy ones are the parts that aren't Alclad at all. They really need to be primed to prevent corrosion problems.
