R Wing Tib Rib, Lens (Wing Tips)

I trimmed the aft end of the right wing tip for a 1/4" gap to the aileron and then started fitting the rib.

I carefully measured and drilled it in place.

After countersinking the tip and deburring the rib, I riveted it together.

This tip has much less distortion than the left did.

Finally, I started to trim the right lens to the tip.

The fit between the wing leading edge and the nose of the tip isn't as good as the other side. I'm going to need to pad out the tip with some fiberglass/filler and then sand it all to a better fit.
