Cowl Sanding, Fitting (Firewall Forward)

Today I sanded the inside of the upper cowl extensions and then flipped the cowl over to fill the top with some epoxy/flox.

Once that cured later, I sanded it and then trimmed the edge. It came out very nicely...with primer and paint, nobody will be able to tell.

Then I started iterating on it, slowly sanding it back as I check the fit on the plane. It's getting close, but I still need to fine tune it.
