Cowl Fiberglass, Baffles (Firewall Forward)

I filled in the outside of my extended edges with epoxy/flox.

I sanded down the filler on the inlet ducts and then added a bit more in a few places.

I continued working on the baffles. It takes a lot of iterative filing/sanding to get them to fit to the engine just right.
