Well, the mold release agent I used is really designed for silicon molds and didn't do anything for me. The foam and epoxy/micro filler that was over it was completely stuck to the fiberglass layup. I spent a long time chiseling out the foam...

This was a pain.

Finally got it to a much better place, but I still want to sand it down to the overlying fiberglass layup.
