Oil Cooler Diffuser Flanges, More Baffles (Firewall Forward)

I covered the cooler with packing tape, then duct taped the diffuser to it. Then, I laid up 4 layers of fiberglass on each side to make a flange and gooped some epoxy/flox on top to thicken the flanges.

I finished drilling holes in the front baffles to #30.

I installed the lower cowl and then set the upper cowl in place. I need to start trimming the baffles to get the cowl to fit.
