Oil Cooler Duct Sanding, Flange, Baffle Location (Firewall Forward)

I broke the mold out of the layup and then did some sanding. Then, I trimmed the upper end back until things lined up and test mounted it with a piece of 4" silicon hose to connect the two.

I marked the hole location and then cut it out of the rear baffle section.

This is going to work well! I need to consider when I'll put a screen over this outlet or not.

Finally, I laid up a 4 layers of fiberglass for a flange on the upper part of the duct and then thickened the flange with some epoxy/flox.
