Firewall Penetrations, Misc Cockpit
(1.0 Hours Electrical, 2.0 Hours Firewall Forward)
3.0 Hours Total

Today I worked on the remaining firewall penetrations for electrical wiring. Here's the large pass-through on the left side with the steel piece bolted to the firewall and then firesleeve clamped in place.

The cockpit side.

And the one on the right side.

I drilled the bracket for the throttle/prop/mixture controls to the bottom of the instrument panel.

I connected the mixture and prop cables to each other for stability.

I mounted the two alternator regulators to part of the subpanel structure.

I also spent some time trying to plan out the positioning of electronics and avionics in the cockpit.
