I started today by labeling the wires I had installed last night. Then I got to work wiring more switches. I wired the PMAGs, the starter contactor, and the alternator switches. I wired the regulators as well and tested them by checking the field wire output as I decreased the voltage supplied by my power supply. I started adding fuses as I connected various circuits. I wired the USB charger and tested it by charging my phone. I wired power and ground pins to the G5 and powered it up to charge the battery. I also wired the boost fuel pump to its switch and tested it for a fraction of a second (the manual says not to run it without fuel). Then I got out the GTX 45R with its mounting rack and started thinking about where it could be mounted aft of the baggage area. I decided to suspend it on some angle between the rib in the middle and the lower stringer on the left side of the fuselage. I built this contraption out of angle to hold the rack. Now I need to iterate on the length of the angles so that it will fit nicely under the angle on the rib and the stringer on the outside. It's complicated by the fact that the fuselage narrows further aft and the stringer elevates relative to the rib.
