GMA 245 Audio Panel Wiring (Electrical)

I spent a long time today wiring the first GMA 245 audio panel connector. This connector has all of the copilot connections as well as power and the pilot's headset.

One of the reasons it took so long was soldering the headset and the LEMO plugs on both sides. The LEMO plug contacts are so small, it was a bit challenging to do the soldering.

Unfortunately, the clearance behind the connector is a lot tighter than I thought it was going to be. It's too tight--some of the wires are resting against the subpanel even with an 90 degree turn out of the backshell. If I had realized this, I would have made the subpanel cutout bigger.

I am going to have to expand the subpanel cutout tomorrow.
