Torqued Spark Plugs, Finished Control Column Bolts, Installed Aileron Trim Springs

I torqued the upper spark plugs.

I finished installing the control stick assembly bolts and then installed the aileron trim springs.

I also installed these cotter pins in the control stick base bolts.

Yesterday when I drilled out the incorrectly sized nut plates for the wing root fairings, one of them disappeared into the wing. I spent a long while today trying to find it and extract it, which I eventually did.
